1. Who we are

This website, startupmobile.studio, is operated by STARTUP MOBILE STUDIO SRL, a company registered in Romania with tax identification number (CUI) 54739372 and registered office at Bld. Take Ionescu nr. 41, demisol, camera 1, ap. 1, Timișoara, Romania ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@startupmobile.studio.

2. What data we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, project description, the modules you selected in the app builder and the language of the page.
• Emails: anything you choose to send us by email.
• Technical data: our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request data to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.

We do not use cookies, analytics trackers or advertising pixels on this website.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To reply to your inquiry and prepare a proposal: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If we enter into a contract, we keep the related data for as long as required by law, for example for accounting purposes.

5. Who receives it

We use Cloudflare, Inc. for hosting and security, and Google (Google Workspace) for delivering form messages to our mailbox and for our email correspondence. These providers process data on our behalf. Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your data.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@startupmobile.studio. You can also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro) or with the authority in your country of residence.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page together with the date of the last update.
